MASSIMO D'AZEGLIO

“Future romantic space”

The house was built in the '50s in Treviglio, a small town not far from Milan. The retro mood of that era is deeply expressed in this project characterised by maroon walls with furniture from different eras and minimalist but emotional art objects.

The Palladian style house, with its majestic appearance, has original elements such as floors and arched doors with coloured marble, characteristics that permitted to create a house with a special atmosphere. To bring warmth and dreamlike refinement into the home, deep colours beautifully encapture light and shadows. The windows and doors are boldly painted in the same color as the walls so that their existence can be revealed only by the transmission of the light.
